NOV Purchases Wilco Machine & Fab

Congratulations to Wilco Machine & Fab and the Boles family for their three generations of commitment to the community; that commitment now continues with National Oilwell Varco (NOV). NOV, who purchased the Wilco business earlier this year, understands the commitment Wilco has had to Stephens County, and NOV is committed to continuing that commitment by remaining in Marlow. NOV is a leading worldwide manufacturer of equipment and components used in oil and gas. NOV will be able to leverage their global sales team, increasing production and manufacturing. Kris and Brad Boles have signed commitments to remain working for the company.
