Lyle Roggow Honored with IAMC Mary Jo Hanover Award

During the IAMC Conference Lyle Roggow, President and CEO of DAEDF receives Mary J Hanover Award and Jim Hazard, SIOR Managing Principal with Cresa receives the Michael P. Hickey Award in honor of a service provider.

Mary Jo Hanover Award Honors Economic Developers Who Exemplify the Spirit of IAMC

 

ATLANTA, April 9, 2024 – Today, the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), honored Lyle Roggow, President and CEO, Duncan Area Economic Development, with its Mary Jo Hanover Award. The award is named for longtime supporter of IAMC Mary Jo Hanover who lost a battle with cancer in July 2012. Roggow accepted the award at the IAMC Spring Professional Forum being held in Greenville, SC.

 

Criteria for the award include:

 

  • Being a stalwart ambassador for IAMC
  • Upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity in the profession
  • Giving back to the industry
  • Working to make this world a better place
  • Serving as a mentor within the profession

 

"Lyle is a leader within IAMC who contributes in meaningful ways to both the association and the industry at large," said J. Tate Godfrey, CEcD, president & CEO of IAMC. "He is a natural mentor and has helped foster some of IAMC’s most successful initiatives."

IAMC has been recognizing outstanding economic developers with the Mary Jo Hanover Award since 2013.
